What to Expect
FAQs

volunteers help out in various roles like set-up, tear-down, answering questions, Supporting ski/snowboard lessons, translating, and more!

    • Limited Roles: Day before Pride Ride

    • Nearly all roles: Day-of Pride Ride

  • Positions can take place either up the mountain at Brighton or at the Afterparty in Salt Lake City at Evo Hotel

    • Brighton positions range from 7am-4:30pm day-of

    • Evo Hotel positions range from 6pm-11pm day-of

  • It all depends on your volunteer role, we can do our best to make accommodations like seated roles vs. standing or carrying things. Some positions may be more active than others, all positions at Brighton do require some degree of interaction with uneven terrain like snow and ice and will be outside.

  • Carpool Drivers can signup to either drive volunteers or participants which will help determine when you can starting driving up the mountain.

Check out our 2026 carpool sign-up here.

  • Depends on how much time you have!

    • You can volunteer for the full day if you would like

    • If a partial day is more your speed, then at least 3 hours of participation is our preference.

    • But there are plenty of roles for someone that only has an hour or two to volunteer
